You will play a pivotal role in my lovely clients tech transformation programme.
This role is essential in supporting the integration of technology and systems, as well as fostering the behavioural and operational changes across the organisation.
We have recently implemented a new LMS (Learning Management System) which the L&D Partner will manage, with this they will design courses and learning pathways to meet needs in order to engage learners and embed the system.
The Learning & Development Partner will play a leading role being the a primary point of contact for managers and staff on all learning & development needs.
This role will suit someone who enjoys deigning and delivering creative solutions, working with external specialist trainers but also delivering in-house workshops and development activities.

Design and Deliver Training Programmes following TDM's task-based, flipped classroom approaches and methodologies.
Coach a caseload of learners and their mentors (following TDM's curriculum intent and approach) in order to maximise timely achievement rates and the acquisition of both Skills and Knowledge.
You must also reliably document a learning narrative in order to ensure compliance.
