My client is one of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers and they are seeking talented professionals to join their dynamic team. They have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum & Performance Manager in the Engineering and Automotive sector.

Role Overview:
As a Curriculum & Performance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of the curriculum. This includes managing learning coaches, ensuring the effective operation of learner journey processes, curriculum design and innovation, learner progression, and quality of provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support learning coaches
  • Implement and ensure effective end-to-end learner journey processes
  • Drive curriculum design and innovation
  • Monitor learner progression and ensure high quality of provision

Essential Criteria:

  • Engineering experience and qualified to Level 3
  • Experience in creating and delivering high-quality learning programmes
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to work unsocial hours (occasional evening work)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with diverse groups

This role is Monday to Friday, full time hours and permanent. The role will primarily be remote, with national travel to Northwich, Crewe and London at least once a week.
