DIGITAL LEARNING CREATOR

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Learning Creator for our client based just outside of York. Our client is a well-established and award-winning business and are a little bit different in what they offer their customers, which makes them stand out from a crowded market.

They re expanding their learning & development team and are hoping to welcome a talented and creative L&D Content Creator, who can work with the wider team to design, develop and deliver high quality training materials to support the business' learning objectives. Could this be you?

*Please note - t o be considered for this role you must be happy to undergo a basic DBS check & hold a UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle .*

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

A SNAPSHOT OF THE DIGITAL LEARNING CREATOR'S DAY:

  • Working with subject matter experts and other stakeholders, in order to create engaging & effective learning content across various formats and platforms.
  • Working with the L&D Specialists to ensure LMS content complements face to face training.
  • Working to ensure LMS content delivers against learning outcomes.
  • Designing, maintaining and updating training material.
  • Using learner feedback to improve content and continually explore new opportunities to further enhance the digital training offering of the business.

Does this sound like a good fit for you? Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an L & D team.
  • Solid experience in developing e-learning resources.
  • A good understanding of Learning Management Systems is essential.
  • Experience working with SCORM and or similar.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand & work within industry regulations.
