Shift Pattern
We've got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a female client with a widespread brain damage along with an incomplete spinal injury.
Our team is responsible for ensuring over 1,300 service users receive their Direct payments on time.In addition, the team is responsible for monitoring the use of Direct Payments to ensure the funds are being used in line with their care and support plans.

The role includes payment and monitoring of the Direct payment, identifying and investigating potential mismanagement, recovering non-payment of contributions towards care and recouping surplus funds from accounts.You will also provide effective customer-focused support by supporting service users and the Social Work teams.
Arrange timely move-on for CEYP into settled social and private rented sector accommodation into settled homes.
To provide a bespoke move on casework service supporting households to access agreed move-on options including, but not limited to, support with bidding, qualifying offers, and access to supported accommodation.
Work collaboratively with agencies externally and internally while advocating and negotiating on behalf of CEYP some with multiple and complex needs, to access appropriate services and engage in long-term housing options.

Main Purpose of Job: As a Learning Centre Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational development of our client's Learning Resources Centre, enhancing student learning experiences and achievements.
You'll support college management and teaching staff in delivering effective library services, promote the use of learning technologies, and manage the library management system.
