Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining the HRIS system.
Managing the new starter process including onboarding, setting up inductions and setting up bank accounts for expats, ensuring they are set up accordingly.
Reporting to the EMEA HR Director, the Group HR manager will provide a professional HR service to the UK Group in relation to the full HR life cycle including Team management, onboarding, compensation and benefits, reward and retention, professional growth, communications, absence management, employee relations and performance management.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of a team of 3 across two sites in West London (Hayes and Greenford) spending 2 days in each location and 1 day working remotely.
You will be responsible for supporting the European & LATAM HR team in delivering high quality, seamless service to the business covering the entire employee lifecycle.
