HR Operations Manager

We are partnering with a Global FS client based in the heart of the City, who are on a journey of growth Globally!

This is working with a small but collaborative team where each individual is very hands on! You will be responsible for supporting the European & LATAM HR team in delivering high quality, seamless service to the business covering the entire employee lifecycle.

As HR Operations Manager duties include:

  • Managing all administration associated with updating policy and procedures.
  • Manage all administration associated with the recruitment process, ensuring job descriptions are completed and kept updated and all appropriate approvals are in place.
  • Work with line managers European & LATAM HR team on recruitment needs; ensuring Job Description is created and logged, the role is priced and all necessary approvals are in place.
  • Create and send employment contracts and joining documentation to new hires.
  • Fully manage the onboarding and induction process including administration of background screening and right to work checks, ensuring all follow up activity is carried out accurately in a timely fashion.
  • Reviewing and updating HR workflows and procedures when required.
  • Create and maintain electronic employee records for all European employees.
  • Managing annual HR processes eg. Pay review, performance management, Engagement Surveys.
  • Independently manage leavers process, coordinating with all internal stakeholders and ensuring associated documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Managing performance reviews and processes.
  • Managing reward, compensation and wellbeing processes.
  • Conducting HR interviews and exit interviews when required.
  • Administration of annual SMCR process in conjunction with Senior HR Manager.
