Our client, a prestigious international finance house has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join its busy growing HR department.
Your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR queries, providing HR advice/support
- Managing and supporting managers with ER matters (e.g. grievance, disciplinaries etc)
- Supporting cases of maternity/paternity leave, flexible working queries, etc
- Monitoring staff performance, career development and appraisal processes
- Reviewing/updating HR policies
Your experience must include:
- Strong and proven experience as an HR Generalist gained within banking/investment management/finance
- Strong ER background and UK employment law knowledge is essential
- Experience in implementing and maintaining HR policies
- Qualified/part qualified CIPD
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
