The roles will be working on the Service Desk in a Windows environment resolving BAU tickets, building and profiling laptops, and dealing with walk-in queries.
We have two temporary roles for 6-8 weeks on the Service Desk for a London Borough is East london.
Reporting to the office manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customers are receiving the appropriate assistance including managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritisation and resolution of end user requests, including the monitoring, tracking and coordination of Service Desk Functions.
