As part of a technical refresh programme my public sector client are rolling out a state-of-the-art audio visual system across the whole organisation and require an experience delivery ,manager to come on board to pull together vendors and their own technical team to delivery this project over the course of the next year
Responsibilities
Manage the successful delivery of one more complex technical IT implementations on time, to budget and quality, through appropriate adherence to technical and architectural standards, reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy & Transformation and ultimately bringing the implementation(s) to successful completion.
Prior to the commencement of a technical implementation, lead the business in exploring options, fully costing these, identifying the optimum technically feasible solution, and defining realistic and measurable benefits (including establishing suitable benefit owners and putting in place appropriate benefit realisation plans), to support informed decision making.
