?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering small to large projects, utilising the Bentley Delivery Framework and appropriate IT processes.
  • Ensure that allocated projects are executed and delivered with maximum efficiency, aligning with agreed business outcomes and company strategy.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and internal IT teams.
  • Plan and setup projects using governance and delivery methodologies in alignment with the organisation's IT Delivery Framework.
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely action and escalation when required.
  • Support the validation of technical solution designs to meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain accurate project plans, identifying dependencies and preparing inclusive work breakdown structures (WBS) and stories.
  • Champion change management processes to maintain project scope and plans.
  • Develop and implement effective project communication strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

?? Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven project management skills with experience in a structured project environment.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering strategic projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Outstanding influencing, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across all levels of the organisation and within IT teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects with different stakeholders and resources.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in report writing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Logical and analytical mindset, coupled with innovative and creative thinking.
  • Experience with project management techniques and methodologies, such as WBS, CPM, Gantt charts, risk and issue management, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies, including PRINCE2 or equivalent and Agile/SCRUM.

�? Qualifications:

  • Project Management accreditation, such as Prince2 and/or Agile/SAFe, is highly desirable.
