IT Procruement Administrator

Our client in Cheltenham is seeking a Procurement Admin to support their IT team. This is an interim position for 6 months and either on site 2 days per week or they are open to someone on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions
  • Maintain and update supplier records and databases
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a procurement or administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of procurement software is an advantage

Paying up to £20 per hour

6 month duration
