I am seeking a professional Receptionist & Transport Administrator on behalf of my client.
Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining fleet and driver records, ensuring compliance with FORS and insurance requirements, and providing general administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and has a keen eye for detail.
As HR Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in the day to day running of the department as well as supporting the Groups Employees.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and be confident enough to work with all levels of management.
Ensuring that all property management issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently and making sure that we are compliant and act within our own standard operating procedures.
In providing that personal, professional property maintenance advice, you help us make sure our landlords and tenants get the best possible service at all times.
