Administrator Receptionist

I am seeking a professional Receptionist & Transport Administrator on behalf of my client. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining fleet and driver records, ensuring compliance with FORS and insurance requirements, and providing general administrative support.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and has a keen eye for detail.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of the fleet and drivers using Fleetcheck and vehicle spreadsheets.
  • Manage the addition and removal of vehicles/drivers, ensuring all vehicles are properly insured and comply with DART and congestion charges.
  • Oversee road tax payments and schedule periodic vehicle inspections.
  • Monitor HGV driver hours and ensure compliance with legal driving limits.
  • Perform reception duties, manage post, answer phones, and maintain office supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in handling telephone enquiries.
  • Competence in using office software, including spreadsheets and document management systems.

Benefits:

  • £25000 salary depending on experience
  • Hour flexible between 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
