You will partner with key stakeholders to support with delivery of the business and people agenda, as well as supporting with day to day HR activities such as ER casework and recruitment.
This role is based in Southampton and is an office based role.
The role regularly interacts with other staff in the Company particularly senior and middle management.
This position reports to the P&C Manager, and while direct supervision of staff is not required, this position may be required to lead or facilitate project teams or working groups from time to time.
