Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support across all HR functions.
This is a fabulous 12 month fixed term contract to support the current HR Director whilst she makes some strategic changes that will impact on the future growth of the business .You will already be an established and experienced HR Director with a background in managing high-performing teams and overseeing Learning and Development projects in a complex blue chip environment .This is an immediate start role .
Major international franchise business within hospitality that is looking to take on a Director level Interim within HUMAN RESOURCES .
