One of our Well established clients are looking for a HR Workstream Lead to join a major programme of work.
This role will specifically be working on the HR workstream, implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, to facilitate business change, solving issues and queries, facilitating workshops and training within HR functional areas, providing knowledge transfer.
You will be working with HR and programme colleagues across the organisation to develop best practice HR procedures and support HR process adoption.
You will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support across a full range of HR activities including the full employee life cycle, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development.
