We're currently looking for an HR Assistant to join us on a permanent basis, the job is working remotely.
As an HR Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for all people related matters, managing the recruitment and payroll elements of our charity.
Culture & Compliance: Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to promote a data privacy culture and ensure the company's compliance, especially as a Data Controller.
Regulatory Records: Assist the DPO in maintaining records, including ICO registration, data processing records, and privacy impact assessments.

As a Data Privacy SME within the Risk & Compliance team, you'll provide support and consultancy to the company, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection laws.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, focusing on data processing responsibilities.

Support the Data Protection Officer in fostering a culture of compliance and oversight.
Great opportunity to act as a Data Privacy SME within the Risk & Compliance team, providing consultancy on data privacy laws and regulations to a UK-based financial services group.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your role will be to prepare and conduct tests on new and existing buildings, at client sites, using specialist equipment and reporting software in order to demonstrate compliance with Building Regulations requirements and similar.
