At Morlich House, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized support tailored to each resident's needs and preferences. We're seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care and creating a nurturing atmosphere.

We are looking for a dedicated Relief Activities Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will plan and deliver therapeutic activities to provide mental and physical stimulation for our service users. Your duties will include organising indoor and outdoor activities, facilitating both group and one-to-one sessions, and working with the Service Manager and team to ensure a high standard of care. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is required.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. While a SVQ 3 in Social Care is preferred, you will need to obtain this qualification if you do not already hold it. Basic computer literacy and an understanding of relevant activities are essential. A respect for Christian values and the ability to work within this framework is important.
