What you'll be doing
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to, providing guidance to staff and management.
As a Product Business Analyst you are responsible for conducting research and gathering requirements for product changes.
Your support helps Product Managers prioritise new solutions in the development backlog balancing with compliance priorities.
You are key to the innovation of our offerings, and support product managers to create a go to market strategy, ensuring that we deliver the right product to the right customer at the right time.
Our clients is seeking a HR Generalist to join their dynamic team to cover their sites in Cardiff, Reading, Clacton & Birmingham with one HR Advisor reporting to them.
To develop strong relationships with site leaders and line managers across specified sites and to provide HR support and advice.
This role is home based with travel to the various sites required every week, where there are HR Administrators for each site in situ, to support with ER, performance management ideally with manufacturing / production experience.
