HR Advisor

We are excited to be working with a prestigious school, based in Bristol, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and advice to employees and managers, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to, providing guidance to staff and management.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on legal changes and advising management accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, manage HR databases, and prepare HR reports as required.
  • Provide support to the Director of HR.

What you'll need to apply

  • Experience working in an education environment as a HR Administrator or HR Advisor.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • An enhanced DBS check.
