FIND is working with a leading Education setting to support their recruitment for a new HR Advisor role to join their high performing team. This is a role that is "number 2" to the HR Director and will cover all aspects of the HR function.
- ** Please note this is a role that is on-site, 5 days a week. ***
Duties for this role include-
- First point of contact for all HR Enquiries to the team
- Policy review and implementation
- Oversight of Performance Management, grievances, disciplinaries, absence management
- Manage the recruitment, safeguarding and onboarding, as well as payroll
- ER Case Management
The ideal candidate for this role-
- is from an education setting background (desirable)
- holds CIPD Level 3 qualification
- has extensive knowledge of HR Law
- is an outstanding communicator
- has a great eye for detail
