The purpose of the HR Advisor is to support the Practice Manager in delivering an efficient day-to-day HR advisory and support service, to support the smooth running of all 'people related' issues across the Firm as the Practice continues to grow.

Manage escalated queries and issues, collaborating with Senior HR Manager for support on complex people matters.
Ensure all policies & procedures, Manager guidance documents and toolkits are communicated to Managers on a regular basis and available on company intranet providing advice and guidance where necessary.
