What is expected?
You will provide some day to day HR support with the main focus looking at developing and implementing CPD programmes across the group. You will work with the senior leadership team to nurture and develop talent within the organisation . You will manage a training budget , maximising existing resources along with updating and reviewing L&D policies. Assisting with annual appraisals and 121's with the senior management team with also be a key part of the role.

Not being afraid to 'roll your sleeves up' and get involved ,with a passion to demonstrate the organisations values is super important with a passion for continual improvement & standards.
- Experience of working in a HR setting is essential
- Ability to communicate well with confidentially being super important
- Ideally CPID level 5 qualified , also open to active studiers
- Strong communication skills with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Open to individuals further down their career path and also those looking for that next step to develop
