HR Advisor

HR Advisor | Hybrid Working | Salary up to £30,000

We're working with our market leading retail client to recruit for a HR Advisor. The role will be mainly focused on ER activity and line manager capability. If you're currently an HR Advisor looking for that next challenge - this could be the role for you!

What you'll be doing as HR Advisor:

You'll cover all aspects of the people journey, concentrating on:

Advising on ER cases, helping to increase line manager HR/ER capability,
Helping line managers deal with the day to day HR queries

Relationship building - You'll proactively identify and build important relationships across the site and the wider business.

Supporting - You'll help managers increase their capability, delivering key people initiatives as part of the people agenda and drive engagement across the site.

Process Management - You'll ensure consistency and best practice processes are in place, bringing your own ideas and initiatives to the table to continuously improve and challenge our thinking.

Ideally you'll be someone who...

Has experience in HR - ideally you'll either be CIPD qualified or working towards it
Experience with all aspects of Employment tribunals
You'll have a customer first mentality and be passionate about delivering excellent service
You'll love working at pace in an agile environment where things can change at any moment
You'll enjoy working collaboratively with a wide variety of people, winning as a team

This role is 3 days in the office with 2 days working at home.

Salary £30,000 + Benefits
