HR Advisor

Venn Group are currently partnered with a notable organisation in the North-West area who urgently require a fulltime HR Advisor.

The key role responsibilities are:

  • Manage escalated queries and issues, collaborating with Senior HR Manager for support on complex people matters.
  • Ensure all policies & procedures, Manager guidance documents and toolkits are communicated to Managers on a regular basis and available on company intranet providing advice and guidance where necessary.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, building constructive working relationships.
  • Ensure that health and safety requirements are met in accordance with the company's policy, procedures and statutory requirements in collaboration with the team.

A minimum of a CIPD Level 5 required.
