Head of HR NHS £70,000-£80,000 per annum My client is seeking a hands on operational HR Manager with a background in managing large workforce teams through periods of transformation. Working closely with the exec and SMT to ensure that strategy is understood and communicated effectively to teams across the organisation, Experience of managing change and ensuring that staff are bought-in and implementing with transformational activites. Leading managers throughout the organisation from corporate services to operational teams to implement change activities and deliver their contribution to business and service improvement. Skills, experience: Qualified CIPD with a minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role. Proven background of managing large complex operational teams in change environments. Strong communication management skills to ensure that the workforce understand the change agenda and their individual roles in acheiving and delivering strategic goals.
