HR Operations Advisor

Our client is embarking on an exciting journey of growth and innovation. The HR Operations team plays a crucial role in this transformation by supporting employees and line managers, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join them. the HR Operations Specialist will have the opportunity to shape and enhance HR services.

Responsibilities will include • Provide guidance to Line Managers on various topics including policies, time and attendance, and performance. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to resolve complex queries and escalations. • Draft letters and templates, including exceptional contract changes, in collaboration with HR Legal. • Work with the internal communications team and HR colleagues to create and coordinate employee communication. • Support the implementation of changes to ensure compliance with legislative updates. • Oversee the contents and performance of the benefits portal. • Promote continuous improvement in end-to-end HR processes in line with the company's culture. • Manage contracts and agreements with external vendors.

You should have proven experience in HR operations, a strong understanding of UK HR policies and legislation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
