HR Operations Coordinator - Permanent Opportunity
Location: Central Oxford (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Salary: £30-35,000 per annum

As the HR Operations Coordinator, you will provide high-quality, accurate, and efficient administration service across the employee lifecycle, including joiners, movers, and leavers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in ensuring an excellent employee experience and thrives in a global, fast-paced, and busy environment.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Support new employees through efficient administration of their onboarding, answering questions, and being a point of contact.
  • Prepare offer paperwork including contracts, background checks, and right-to-work documentation.
  • Register new starters on our HR Management system, set up new starter employee folders, and coordinate introductory and probationary meetings.
  • Maintain and update employee records and data on the HR Management system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with line managers to create induction plans and ensure new employees have the correct learning plans, including mandatory trainings, assigned.
  • Coordinate probationary review processes and track completion.
  • Assist with visa applications, maintaining accurate immigration records and processes.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process guides and instruction manuals for local HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Background in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a global team across different geographies and time zones.
  • Experience with HR Management systems and maintaining employee records.
  • Familiarity with visa applications and immigration processes is advantageous.
