The role of Senior HR Business Partner will report to the CPO and will be responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational support to ensure best practice people management across the organisation.

The role is fixed term for 12 months and will pay up to £57,000 per annum.
Some of the responsibilities are but not limited too
Providing an efficient and effective HR advisory service supporting, but not limited to, the management of health and wellbeing and attendance, conduct and capability, disciplinary and grievance matters, organisational change (including redeployment and redundancy programmes) and employee relations - acting as the key point of contact on issues and casework.
