The Relief Head Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Menu Planning: Develop and design nutritious, varied, and cost-effective menus suitable for a diverse workforce.
Your responsibilities will include support and Improvement to the Estates and Facilities Directorate.
You will be reporting to the Faculty of Professional Services, Estates and Facilities of a fantastic University and reporting to the Director dealing with various projects within.

Collaborate with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision, production preparation, quality control, and inventory management.
