Greater London Authority, one of our largest public sector client is looking to recruit two Employee Relations Officer to join the HR & Training team on a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of ER cases, including probation, disciplinary, capability, resolution, and sickness absence, and will support line managers in line with relevant ER policies.
Day to day of the role
Provide advice on the application of HR Policy, including disciplinary, resolution, sickness absence, and other employment issues.
Handle are working with an iconic fashion brand looking to bring a HR Officer to their team on an initial 12m FTC, with view to be extended.
Day to day you will be doing everything from ER and manager support to payroll.
The role is very generalist as the team have a collaborative approach - everyone supports across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding etc.

Reporting into the Senior HR Officer you will be responsible for providing excellent recruitment and operational HR advice, support, and guidance to managers and staff.
