HR Administrator - 4 month FTC

Location: The City, London
Job Type: Full time, 34.75 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £29,036 - £34,159

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and update CiPHR HR database
  • Co-ordinate and maintain HR in-box, providing responses in accordance with KPIs
  • Support with monthly payroll changes for processing by Finance
  • Prepare employee correspondence, including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms and conditions, flexible working requests
  • Prepare reports for inclusion in management information packs (HR database)
  • Support managers with recruitment campaigns, including reviewing resourcing requirements, agreeing timeline, preparing and posting job adverts, scheduling interviews and providing feedback
  • Support HR Officer and Manager in providing HR advice to colleagues
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers, for example benefits and occupational health, completing associated administration
  • Support co-ordination and delivery of training solutions
  • Support completion of annual HR deliverables, including performance appraisals, salary reviews and employee survey
  • Any other job-related duties, as required

Essential skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Strong administration skills
  • HR administration experience
  • CIPD (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to liaise with a broad range of internal and external customers, including senior management
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • High levels of integrity and respect for confidentiality
  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
