HR Administrator

Your new company
You will be working for a well established property company in Central London.

This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in the London office 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.

Your new role
You will be working as a HR Administrator for an initial 11 month period to cover a maternity leave however there is potential for extension.

The purpose of this role is to provide timely and effective admin support to the HR team.

Some duties will include:

  • Monitor approved recruitment
  • Produce offer letters & contracts and carry out associated administration for new starters
  • Administer pre-employment checks
  • Co-ordinate new joiner on-boarding, including carry out HR induction, and corporate induction
  • Maintain Bamboo HR information system effectively
  • Ensure all employee and HR information is stored correctly and promptly (electronic/hard copy files) and systems are in place to enable accessibility, including HR process notes
  • Maintain internal records of process compliance, particularly approvals, and records required for audit or other processing/information purposes, eg employee referrals
  • Produce HR reports & Management Information
  • Purchase order and invoice administration
  • Carry out basic payroll inputting or other tasks to support the Payroll Manager
  • Communicate and administer benefits
  • Maintain HR team communication eg operations report
  • Carry out administration and deal with routine queries relating to other employee lifecycle events eg variation letters, maternity/paternity leave, leavers, ex/employee references
  • Monitor fixed term contracts and probationary periods, liaising with line managers
  • Assist with administration of learning and development activities, including internal/external room booking/catering, course sponsorships and work placements
  • Act as first line support, advising internal clients on general HR queries and escalating/seeking advice where appropriate
  • Support cyclical HR projects eg annual salary and bonus review, ongoing initiatives eg diversity & inclusion, and ad-hoc projects
  • Monitor HR mailboxes

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR admin role.

Ideally you will have experience using BambooHR however this is not essential.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an annual salary of between £28,000 - £31,000 depending on previous experience.
