HR Associate - 12 month FTC

Your mission:

We are seeking a proactive team player, HR Associate for a 12-month contract to support line managers and employees across various HR functions. You'll ensure smooth HR operations and provide excellent service by managing local and international administration, wellbeing and benefit activities. What you will do:

  • Provide HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, escalating complex issues to senior HR Advisors / HR manager as needed.
  • Review and triage HR tickets raised, directing them to the appropriate HR admin, advisory, tech, or payroll channel.
  • Administer the joiner, mover, leaver (JML) process.
  • Manage invoices and purchase orders (POs) across UK&I CEE and Nordics regions.
  • Administer benefits, focusing on UK&I, Nordics and CEE
  • Manage Driver Check administration.
  • Provide communications support for wellbeing initiatives, local activities, and general employee communications.
  • Preparing and sharing employee communications
  • Coordinate learning administration, including organising and booking training sessions
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with contingency recruitment administration.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports on benefits tracking
  • Maintain knowledge-based articles (KBAs) and workflows for administration processes.
  • Collaborate with brokers and third parties for benefits information and communication.
  • Take notes during employee relations meetings when required.

What we ask for:

  • Experience in general HR within a commercial setting, with knowledge of local employment laws and best practices.
  • Ideally, experience in a matrix organization and exposure to other European countries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, flexible, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HR Information Systems is a plus.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Adaptable and resilient with a positive attitude towards change.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Highly motivated and deadline-focused with a keen eye for accuracy.
