Description Key responsibilities: Overseeing customer accounts and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing monthly reports. Liaising with customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Working closely with the finance team to manage credit control procedures. Implementing strategies to improve the collection process. Analysing customer creditworthiness and setting up credit limits. Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
