Description
- Supervise the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
- Manage payroll and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Develop strategies that work to minimise financial risk.
- Ensure the company's financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Relevant Accounting qualification, ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Proven experience in a financial control and management reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
