Role Overview:
Join as a Financial Controller and lead the Accounts Payable, Management Accounts, and Financial Reporting teams. Perfect for an experienced Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Management Accountant ready to advance, this role demands expertise in Profit & Loss analysis and providing strategic financial guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management Accounts: Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and insightful variance analysis for the UK and Australia.
- Commercial Finance: Oversee new business and renewal pricing strategies, improve KPI reporting, and provide detailed financial analyses to stakeholders.
- Financial Control: Design, document, and execute key financial controls, manage VAT returns, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Team Leadership: Set clear objectives, develop team KPIs, monitor performance, and address issues proactively.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven senior-level experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with subscription-based businesses, Salesforce, and Access Dimensions is a plus.
