The main purpose of this role is to provide social work expertise and support where children and families are experiencing risks related to domestic abuse.
An opportunity has arisen to join the Family Finding team who work with our five partner local authorities to track and contribute to the planning for cared for children who may have a care plan of adoption.
The role includes working in partnership with the social workers responsible for the child's care plan providing expert mentoring, advice and guidance upon adoption issues, overseeing the adoption progress of children and supporting the development of the Child Permanence Report.
