Domus are on the lookout for a Registered Manager to take the reins of a well-established residential service in Burton on Trent in need of turnaround.
This is a specialist residential service that supports a small number of adults and older people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
You will work proactively to build effective working relationships with Local Authority practitioners, families/carers and other stakeholders and your strong vision and coaching approach will enable the development of your team and service.
I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join my client's expanding renewable energy business, starting at their Burton Upon Trent site, working Monday to Friday the successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onsite construction process, carrying out site inductions, ensuring strong working relationships between all contractors and maintaining high levels of Health & Safety conditions at all times.
Please note, once the site at Burton upon Trent is fully operational your role will involve travelling around the UK to other new installation sites, this means you will be away from home Monday to Friday.
Site Manager Requirements
Ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar Site Manager role.
