I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join my client's expanding renewable energy business, starting at their Burton Upon Trent site, working Monday to Friday the successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onsite construction process, carrying out site inductions, ensuring strong working relationships between all contractors and maintaining high levels of Health & Safety conditions at all times.

Please note, once the site at Burton upon Trent is fully operational your role will involve travelling around the UK to other new installation sites, this means you will be away from home Monday to Friday.

Site Manager Requirements:

  • Ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar Site Manager role.
  • Ideally hold Health & Safety qualifications, especially SMSTS.
  • Telehandler qualification would be advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance a varied workload and have good attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator and ability to build and develop strong relationships.
  • Able to travel and stay away from home for periods of time whilst sites being installed.
  • IT literate.
  • Full clean driving licence.

Site Manager Benefits:

  • Salary up to £50,000.
  • 25 days annual leave and bank holidays.
