Cedar is collaborating with a Central Government organisation to find an experienced Infrastructure Senior Project Manager to join the team for an 18 month contract.

Project Managers with a background in Construction Project Management are required to work on the Ministry of Defence Works programme.
The role involves managing all aspects of the project lifecycle up to Contract negotiation stage.
The Billable Works development team operates mostly in the RIBA Stages 0-4 space handling all pre-construction activity, providing services directly on the MoD estate.
- Recommend and create MI reports to meet requirements for all service areas and for all audiences, becoming the Subject Matter Expert on data and insight activities.

The Data Management Analyst will be the Subject Matter Expert on the creation of Management Information across all services, becoming part of a Centre of Excellence.
The role has an operational focus on 'hard services' areas of CAFM / IWMS, ensuring that internal customer needs are identified, understood and put into practice to provide a comprehensive single source of operation and information and ensure best practice use of available technology.
