This really is a forward-looking role where you will be visibly changing how ER is managed within a brilliant business.
Working within the Human Resources Team, you will be supporting the Head of Employee Relations with a host of daily admin support tasks, including updating the ER portal, HR admin duties around new starters, leavers etc, and will also be asked to attend and take notes at HR meetings and employee grievance cases.
To be successful in this placement you will need previous work experience in an HR or ER role, be flexible to needs of the business, have a great work ethic, and be able to hit the ground running.
This is a full time temporary placement working Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm, and the booking will be reviewed after approximately 3-4 months.
