Client Details

Our client is a fast growing private equity backed business going through year on year growth on revenue and headcount. They are seeking an experienced ER Manager to join their high performing HR team.

Description

As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a key role in promoting a positive workplace culture and fostering strong relationships between employees and management. You will be responsible for managing employee relations issues, implementing policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including but not limited to conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and impartial resolution while upholding company policies and legal regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers on effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee relations best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, legal counsel, and senior leadership, to address complex employee relations issues and develop solutions.
  • Stay informed of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities

  • Experience in a similar ER specific role
  • Experience working for a large corporate business
  • Ability work in a fast paced and agile environment

Job Offer

  • £60,000 - £65,000 + 10% discretionary bonus
  • Central London location - 5 minute walk from Liverpool St Station
