What will you be doing
Make daily calls and process orders in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders, ensuring all orders are captured, and opportunities are taken to maximise sales and margin through range extensions, own brand etc.
Lovely new Admin role with fluent GERMAN and hybrid work .
You will be taking very few inbound calls (anything for just one call, to about 10per day) from customers and then will do the administrative work around processing a variety of medical & emergency claims.
