Are you a German Speaking Customer Service and Operations Assistant who would like to join our global team in our Head Office in West London?

Key duties include:
- Assist customers via phone or email for UK and Europe; resolving queries and providing product advice as needed
- Place orders
- Process repairs
- Handle returns
- Liaise with suppliers
- Liaise and support our sales representatives
- Provide support for the operations manager
- To conduct special operational projects as requested by your manager
- Any other operational and customer service-related duties
Required skills and experience
- Experience handling customers, ideally in a similar high-end retail/wholesale environment
- Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
- Bilingual in German and English (written and spoken) a big plus
- Technical or mechanical background and understanding is also a plus
