Are you a German Speaking Customer Service and Operations Assistant who would like to join our global team in our Head Office in West London?

Key duties include:

  • Assist customers via phone or email for UK and Europe; resolving queries and providing product advice as needed
  • Place orders
  • Process repairs
  • Handle returns
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Liaise and support our sales representatives
  • Provide support for the operations manager
  • To conduct special operational projects as requested by your manager
  • Any other operational and customer service-related duties

Required skills and experience

  • Experience handling customers, ideally in a similar high-end retail/wholesale environment
  • Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • IT literate
  • Bilingual in German and English (written and spoken) a big plus
  • Technical or mechanical background and understanding is also a plus
