IT Support Engineer

1st/2nd Line Support Engineer – London – 2-month contract – Part Time (3 days a week)

My customer requires an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to replace a leader who will be moving on from the business in the next few weeks on a part time basis (3 days a week)

The Engineer will be providing support via a ServiceNow ticking system to users based in Sweden, France, Italy, London and Norway as well as interacting deskside with the London based users.

In terms of projects, you may be required to support some Asset management work for the Swedish office and also help build and deploy up to 100 devices which have been delivered to the UK site using SCCM/Intune where possible.

This is a part time role – 3 days a week onsite (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) in Twickenham.

Primary day to day responsibilities will for the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will include:

  • Prior experience in a 1st/2nd line/Service desk role
  • Windows 10/11 – Administration and Support
  • Microsoft EUC Stack – joiners, leavers and movers.
  • Office 365 – Administration and Support
  • Deployment experience using SCCM/Intune.
  • Endpoint management: Intune
  • Active Directory experience
  • Experience with ticket management systems
  • Experience in build and deployment (Intune)

This is a part time role – 3 days a week onsite (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) in Twickenham.
