Lovely new Admin role with fluent GERMAN and hybrid work . You will be taking very few inbound calls (anything for just one call, to about 10per day) from customers and then will do the administrative work around processing a variety of medical & emergency claims. This is a highly respected international travel business and the team is fun, caring and a joy to work with!

Salary : £30,00 ( based on a 13 month basis of £27k + guaranteed £2250)
Location: West London
Work style: 2 days wfh. 3 days are office based after probation
Work hours 9am - 5.30pm - MON to FRI
Start date: Sept or Oct 2024

Global US travel business ,this role is a mix of admin (60% )and problem-solving customer care (40%) . You will be nurturing and looking after customers who call in with queries about their emergency medical claims. Your day will be focused on largely organisational work and you will be dealing with documents and information related to claims that have been submitted . There will be 5 weeks of intensive FULL TRAINING on site will be provided . This is a gorgeous German role!!
The role: :

  • Taking 1-15 inbound calls in German
  • Sorting out problems around repatriation or other medical issues
  • Sorting out the admin around payments and claims documentation
  • Chasing signatures internally and also externally in order to speed up payments
  • Liaising with external customers and suppliers
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patients and/or client information.
  • Checking for medical irregularity on invoices and flagging anywhere where fraud is suspected.
  • There will be full intensive training provided ( 5 weeks)

Requirement

  • Admin or Customer care experience
  • Fluent German and English
  • Sponsorship would be considered for the right person
