Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Deputy Manager to work full time based in a Children's home in Croydon.
The salary for this permanent Deputy Manager job is up to £60,000.
We are looking to recruit a Clinical Deputy Manager who will provide hands-on nursing leadership for our client, an organization that cares for over 1,000 older people through nursing and dementia care homes, home care, and well-being support services.

General
The Clinical Deputy Manager will ensure high standards of person-centered care, assess care needs, and develop individualized care plans.
The Deputy Team Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of social workers and their work products.
The post holder will take an active part in networking with NHS trust colleagues and form part of the management team overseeing team performance and attending regular discharge review meetings, updating the acute trust about discharge plans and responding to system escalations as pressures on acute trusts increase.
This includes providing social work practice guidance and management oversight relating to case progression and management of - often complex - discharges, complaints and disputes, safeguarding and mental capacity.
