A busy house builder have a requirement for an experienced Design Manager to join their Design & Technical team to assist with the delivery of housing developments across the North West.
Reporting to the Technical Director you will be responsible for coordinating all design/utility information between external consultants/Multi Utility contractors and internal departments ensuring that all approvals/utility quotes are obtained in a timely manner and that high quality and correct information is issued to other departments.
Duties & responsibilities
To work with the Land Department to ensure smooth transition of all architectural information checking all drawings and details for accuracy, correctness and commercial suitability.
