An accomplished Project Manager is required to oversee the full turn key expansion of the sites facilities. This role requires someone with a specialty in Project Manager who aims to move to a more Operational role in their career.

Client Details

A global leader in innovative products and services and the world's largest waste recycling business in their field based in Warrington. They partner with customers in the automotive, beverage can, aerospace and specialties industries to deliver solutions and drive sustainability through industrial markets.

Description

As Project Manager you will be tasked with the following:

  • To lead specific capital projects that would require a holistic approach among different functions;
  • Coordinating the execution of relevant CapEx projects with stakeholders across the plant including leading the planning, timelines, implementation and the delivery of the project;
  • Develop full scale project plans from start to completion;
  • Liaison with the Senior Project Manager to deliver high level updates
  • Track project deliverable using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with procurement to build solid relationships with key suppliers for main projects and ensuring a proper technical tendering process
  • Building strong relations with Regional PMO and develop clear communication channels with the management team.
  • Responsible for ensuring corporate standards and project manage procedures are applied during the execution;
  • Manage Health and Safety of project with respect to CDM regulations

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience implementing Project using standard practices.
  • Managed full turnkey projects from Cradle to Grave
  • Previous experience of running large scale projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of executing projects safely and following all EHS standards and policies;
  • Programme management skills
  • Relevant project management qualifications eg PRINCE2, APM, PMI
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software
  • Proven experience and knowledge of applicable Health and Safety legislation including CDM regulations

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £49,500 - £60,500 per year.
